Using BabeCheck means you agree to the rules below. These terms keep the service sustainable for curious fans, respectful researchers, and creators who expect their public content to be handled responsibly.

1. What the Service Does

BabeCheck is a reverse image search focused on porn stars, OnlyFans creators, and other public figures. It connects your screenshot to public profiles so you can discover where a creator posts, support them, or verify if an account is fake.

The service is not meant to identify private citizens, minors, or anyone whose likeness you do not have the right to use. Results are informational look-alike matches, not legal proof of identity.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the site.
• Creating an account requires only an email address and password. Keep your credentials secret; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Free accounts include 10 searches per month. Premium is $4.99/month, payable in supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, LTC, ETH, SOL, XMR, etc.). Each payment generates a one-time invoice; once the blockchain confirms it, we unlock unlimited searches and priority processing for the paid period. There is no auto-renewal—top up again whenever you want more time. Crypto transfers cannot be reversed, so confirmed payments are final.

3. How You May Use the Service

• Only upload images you have the right to use. Model releases, screenshots you captured, or other lawful sources are fine. Hacked, stolen, or secretly-recorded material is not.
• Do not target or harass anyone. Stalking, extortion, doxxing, or coordinated abuse results in an immediate ban.
• Never upload minors or anyone who appears under 18.
• Respect the platform. No bots, reverse-engineering, or attempts to overload the system. Rate limits apply to both free and Premium tiers.

4. Creator Rights & Removals

We index public profiles sourced from OnlyFans, Pornhub, Instagram, Twitter/X, ManyVids, Chaturbate, and similar platforms. Creators who want out can submit a verification request on the Opt-Out page; once approved, we remove their profile, embeddings, and outbound links within 1–5 business days.

5. Privacy & Data Handling

Uploads are processed transiently and deleted after the match unless you keep them in your encrypted search history. Guest searches are cleared within 6 hours. Refer to the Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Disclaimers & Liability Limits

Matches are generated with probabilities and may be wrong. Always double-check profile links and verification badges before acting on a result. BabeCheck is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms, abuse the free tier, or pose a security risk. Termination can occur without prior notice if necessary to protect the platform, creators, or other users.

8. Changes to These Terms

We occasionally update the terms as we roll out new features or legal requirements change. We will announce significant updates inside the app or via email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
